INVESTORS BUY ROOMS TO GENERATE INCOME
As an investor, you acquire a unit with full property title, and even before the property is operating you are paid a net rent of 8% after all expenses, plus 4 weeks per year free use. Read on, there’s more!
EXIT STRATEGY
Here’s the best part. After several years of income from unit rentals, the whole hotel including your unit is sold. Upon sale of the hotel, all our investors including you receive 25% minimum profit on the resale of their unit, completely separate from any previous rental income. At this time, your investment is over, but if you like your results, you could even re-invest in our next exciting project! It’s totally up to you!
REAL ESTATE – INVESTMENT
As an investor, you have received your initial investment and minimum 25% return upon sale plus all the rental revenue. You may keep it OR you could re-invest your money in one of our new projects and receive 105% value on every dollar re- invested.
USE YOUR INVESTMENT PROPERTY
With us you have the possibility of obtaining an annual rent in dollars, an important capitalization, property title and the possibility of using the room 4 weeks a year. Our management company is in charge of operating the hotel.
